This machine is for punching standard card out from sheet. Sheet layout could be 3*8, 5*5, 6*8, etc. Sheet material could be PVC, ABS, PET, paper.

- Full automatic from sheet loading to punching and card loading.
- It can punch card without been influenced by sheet's irregular edge. Its punching accuracy is very high-up to ±0.15mm.
- Machine adopts servo motor to punch. It enjoys fast speed, low noise, and high stability. It also acts very well when change to punch different thickness sheet.
- Punched material will be collected automatically.
Machine stations/functions:
Sheet auto feeder × 1: to feed sheet automatically.
Sheet transporting × 1: use sensor to check printed mark on sheet for positioning, transport sheet to punching station.
Sheet punching station × 1: servo motor drives to punch below drawing 3 *8 size sheet. One time punch 3 cards. Machine will be installed with one set of punching tool, and provide one set of punching tool as spare.
Card collecting magazine × 6: card will be automatically loaded, collecting cards are easy to be taken away.
Waste collecting box × 1: to collect punched waste.
