HDSZD01 Manual Sheet Collating Machine 

This machine is for Smart card sheet collation, multiple layers and different format can be collated as it is a manual machine. Its functions including camera positioning,  ultrasonic welding and punching. Thickness detection is optional. This machine is capable for special mateial, such as polycarbonate, metal, etc. format sheet collation. 

All together 2 groups of cameras (4 units) are for showing cross mark on monitor for better sheeting positioning.

There are 3 set welding spots; ultrasonic make welding fast and tight. Use foot to press welding switch to control welding. 

      3 punching stations to punch 3 holes.
