With high accuracy collating, only one operator is needed to operate the machine, streamlining the production process. While the machine is optimized for 2 film and 3 sheet collation, it can also accommodate multiple sheet collation ranging from 3 to 5 layers.

Station	Introduction
Sheet loading table	For storage of multiple sheets.
Magnetic foil spooler	To release magnetic foil reel. Easy to load and change new reel. With foil tension adjustment devise keep the foil tight. With deviation device to adjust the position of magnetic foil.
Foil spooler	To release overlay foil reel. Easy to load and change new reel. With foil tension adjustment devise keep the foil tight. With deviation device to adjust the position of foil.
Sheet cleaning	To cleaning both side of every sheet.
Sheet thickness detection	To detect thickness of sheet to avoid wrong quantity of sheet loading.
Sheet positioning by vision	OCR to check the position of layers and sheets' holding plate with X, Y and rotate direction positioning function.
Sheet pick & place	To position the sheets.
Stacking	To stack multiple layers together.
Ultrasonic welding	To weld positioned layers.
Cutting	To cut welded layers.
Output stacker	To collect finished layers with trolley. Trolley will move down step by step when final product arrives.
