This Card Smart Factory is designed for producing ISO GSM cards. It boasts easy upgrades to facilitate production of two chips in one card (half card) or four chips in one card (quarter card).
The connection between L-shape GSM Card Smart Factory machines is optional. Without this feature, the Milling, Embedding, Personalization, and Punching machines will function as standalone units.
Milling Machine Station:

Chip Personalization Barrel with 32 Readers for ISO Card × 1: A robust barrel featuring 32 sophisticated readers, designed specifically for ISO card personalization. : Mingsen Reader. During encoding, this reader personalizes 32 ISO cards simultaneously within the barrel. For dual-chip encoding in a single card, it efficiently processes 16 cards in the barrel.

Laser No.1: Featuring the advanced Mingsen HS 50W fiber laser and an integrated smog filter, this component handles precise laser graphic printing.
