The machine features UPP connection and allows for quick production type changes, such as shifting between 6 and 8 pin configurations in just minutes with the patented chip punching module.

 

With a horizontal card unloading unit and card loading magazines capable of holding up to 1000 cards each, labor is significantly reduced. The machine boasts impressive milling and embedding accuracy of ± 0.015mm, ensuring tight and exquisite results.

 

Equipped with a vacuum for milling dust extraction and a water chiller for cooling, the machine's components enjoy extended longevity. The milling spindle, embedding, and hot presser are water-cooling protected for enhanced durability.

• Chip punching: Conveniently switch between 6 pin and 8 pin punching modules for fast chip production.


• Chip embedding: Chips are heated before embedding for improved results. Bad chips are automatically rejected, ensuring precise positioning with an accuracy of ± 20 µm.
