The HDZD500 Semi-Automatic Collating Machine, designed by Guangzhou Mingsen Technologies Co., Ltd., is ideal for Smart card sheet collation. It excels in stacking multiple layers (typically 5 layers), ultrasonic welding, and ensuring high accuracy collating. With only one operator needed to operate the machine, it offers efficiency and ease of use. The resulting product can be seamlessly taken for lamination, saving time and streamlining the production process. While primarily used for 2 film and 3 sheet collation, the machine can also handle multiple (3-5) sheet collation with precision.
