This machine is for 1 chip in 1, 2 chips in 1 and 4 chips in 1 GSM card personalization: contact encoding and laser graphical printing.

* The IC Card Personalization System is a large, professional and industrial IC card personalization equipment which is applied to contact ISO card (one chip in one card), half card (two chips in one card) as well as quarter card (1 card with 4 chips).
* PC & servo control. The machine can run 24 hours×7 days with stable and excellent performance, and the maximum speed of completing read/write and laser graphical printing can reach 8,000 cards/h.
* According to the production requirement, it can be equipped with 8-64 contact or contactless processing stations (for 1~4 chips) with Mingsen or other reader, 1~2 sets of laser graphical printing units, several OCR inspections are optional.
* The system is composed of three parts: mechanical configuration, electronic control and data processor. All of them with online security monitoring. SDK, DLL (dynamic link library) and application interface are provided for users to develop their own card manufacturing software. And it supports background control, remote data loading, encryption, etc.
