HDC5000 sorting machine is an automatic system to sort the card by magnetic reading, chip contact reading, contact less reading and OCR system. It can be placed before hot stamping, milling & embedding, personalization or before card dispatch.
Machine stations/functions:
Vertical card feeding magazine x 2, each with the capacity of 500 ISO card.
Double card detection x 1: to detect double card.
Mag. stripe reading x 1: to read magnetic stripe to sort card.
Contact chip reading x 1: to read contact chip to sort card.
Contactless chip reading x 1: to read contactless chip to sort card.
Output magazine x 24, (optional removable magazine) and provide 5 extra magazines for spare, each with the capacity of 500 ISO card. With small LED panel to show every magazine's card quantity.
Upon requirement, maximum 120 magazines could be installed.

Software
- Multiple ways of sorting calculation according to card's type, address, etc.
- Card system: to control machine production.
- Card system data manager: integration support to enable users to interface directly with the machine to load jobs/data as well as get statistics from the machine.
- SDK, DLL (dynamic link library) are provided for users to develop their own card manufacturing software.
