Product: Machine for Cavity Milling & Chip Embedding

 

Our machine seamlessly combines the functions of cavity milling and chip embedding. Controlled by an industrial computer and servo motor, it allows for easy monitoring of machine status, production operations, and parameter settings. The machine features UPP connection and enables quick production type changes, such as shifting between 6 and 8 pin chip punching modules in just minutes.

 

The horizontal card unloading unit and card loading magazines can each hold up to 1000 cards, reducing labor. With milling X-Y axis accuracy of ±0.015mm, Z axis accuracy of 0.015mm, and embedding accuracy of ±0.015mm, our machine ensures precise results.

 

Utilizing patented flexible hot and cold pressing technology for chip embedding, the machine guarantees tight and exquisite results. Equipped with a vacuum for milling dust exhaust and a water chiller for cooling, it ensures longevity of the milling spindle, embedding, and hot presser.

 

Stations/Functions:

 

1. Horizontal Card Input *1 or Vertical Card Uploading Magazine *1: Choose between a high-capacity horizontal card input for 1000 ISO cards or a vertical card uploading magazine for 500 ISO cards. Both options feature a vacuum system to prevent scratches on sensitive card surfaces.


2. Double Card Detection *1: Prevents unnecessary cards from progressing to the next stage.


3. Card Direction Detection *1: Uses a color sensor to detect targets accurately.


4. Milling Station *2: Independent control milling stations with 3-axis movement driven by servo motors for precise cavity milling. Easily switch between different cavities and design custom sizes.
