HDM700 Smart Card Magnetic Stripe Laying Machine
This machine is for high quality magnetic stripe (normally banking card) magnectic stripe laying. Its production can be taken to sheet collating machine for collaction directly. Upon customer's requirement, it is available for different format, such as 3*8, 4*10, roller to roller, roller to sheet production.

Equipped with a magnetic stripe buffer device to control the magnetic stripe tension and ensure the normal discharge of the magnetic stripe.
Overall heating, the temperature adjustment range is 100~300ºC. Specially treated laying wheel makes magnetic strip can be compacted without adhering to the surface of the wheel. Each laying wheel pressure can be adjusted independently.
Other functions, such as Magnetic strip film unwinding, Magnetic strip protective film collecting, Static elimination device, film cutting, laid Magnetic strip film roller collecting, etc are all been equipped.
