• Adopts brush and vacuum: Utilizes brush and vacuum to thoroughly clean the cavity.


• Depth detection: Station equipped with a digital feedback device that transmits depth values to PC software for automatic milling depth adjustment based on measurement results.


• Chip punching: Convenient and fast conversion between 6 pin and 8 pin punching modules for different chip sizes.


• Chip embedding: Chips are heated before embedding for improved results. Bad chips are automatically rejected, ensuring precise embedding with an accuracy of ± 20 µm.
