This machine is for fully automatic card fingerprint sensor embedding.

Machine stations/functions
Card loading unit
- 1 vertical magazine, with capacity of 500 ISO cards.
Double card detection
- To detect accidently feed double card.
Cavity presence control
- To check if fingerprint sensor cavity been milled.
Fingerprint sensor tape feeding.
- To feed fingerprint sensor tape.
Fingerprint sensor peel off.
- Use cam to push up glue laminated fingerprint sensor.
Embedding unit
- Embedding head to suck a sensor and then embed it to card's fingerprint sensor cavity.
- Embedding accuracy will be ±50μm.
Fingerprint sensor presence control.
- To check if sensor is successfully embedded.
Pressing unit.
- Pressing unit employs of flexible hot and cold pressing patent technology, making the pressing result tight and exquisite.
- 4 Hot pressers.
- 2 Cold pressers.
- Proportional valves will be equipped for force measurement, regulation at +/-15% integrated on Hot and Cold station (optional)
Fingerprint sensor over height control (optional)
- Thickness measurement accuracy: +/-3μm.
Optical test - vision system (optional)
- OCR to check embedded fingerprint sensor appearance.
Card sampling (optional)
- To take an embedded card from card transporting belt for manual checking.
Card collecting unit.
- 2 magazines (each 500 cards)
Reject bin.
- For general reject card and empty card.
