Mingsen L-shape GSM Card Smart Factory

The machines within the Smart Factory can operate seamlessly as an integrated line or function autonomously for independent production.
The following Card Smart Factory setup is designed for the production of ISO GSM cards. It offers easy upgrades to produce 2-in-1 (half card) or 4-in-1 (quarter card) chip configurations.
The connectivity of the L-shape GSM Card Smart Factory machines is optional. Without connectivity, the Milling, Embedding, Personalization, and Punching machines function as standalone units.
Milling Machine Station:
Card Unloading Conveyor × 2: Each conveyor has a capacity of 500 ISO cards.
Double Card Detection × 1: Detects accidentally fed double cards.
Card Orientation Detection × 2: Uses color sensors to detect card orientation.
Milling × 2: X-Y axis accuracy: ±0.015mm, Z axis accuracy: ±0.015mm, Flatness accuracy: ±0.005mm
Cleaning Station × 2: Cleans milling dust from cavities.
Card Loading Magazine × 2: Each magazine holds 500 ISO cards.
Reject Box × 1: Collects rejected cards.
Chiller × 1: Provides cool water for the machine.
Vacuum × 1: Extracts milling dust.
Embedding Machine Station:
Card Transporting × 1: Transfers cards from the milling machine to the embedding machine.
Card Unloading Magazine × 1: Holds 500 ISO cards.
Double Card Detection × 1: Detects double cards.
Cavity Detection × 1: Ensures cards have been milled.
Tape Releasing × 1: Releases chips.
Chip Punching × 1: Punches chips.
Chip Embedding × 1: Embeds chips.
Module Presence Detection × 1: Confirms if the card has an embedded chip.
Hot Pressing × 4: Hot presses embedded chips. .
Cold Pressing × 2: Cold presses embedded chips.
Chip Height Detection × 1: Measures chip height.
Vision Detection × 1: Uses OCR to verify chip embedding quality.
ATR Detection × 1: Detects ATR.
Card Loading Magazine × 1: Holds 500 ISO cards.
Reject Box × 1: Collects rejected cards.
Chiller × 1: Provides cool water for the machine.
Personalization Machine Station:
Card Transporting × 1: Moves cards from the embedding machine to the personalization machine.
Card Unloading Magazine × 1: Holds 500 ISO cards.
Double Card Detection × 1: Detects accidentally fed double cards.
Card Direction Detection × 1: Equipped with a high-precision color sensor to seamlessly identify the card direction based on distinct colors.
Chip Personalization Barrel: Featuring an array of 32 readers for ISO cards, ensuring efficient and comprehensive personalization. : Mingsen Reader: During encoding, 32 ISO cards are simultaneously personalized within the barrel. For dual-chip cards, 16 of these cards are personalized concurrently.
Card Flip-Over × 1: Ingeniously designed to effortlessly flip over cards during the process.
Laser No.1: Utilizes a Mingsen HS 50W fiber laser along with a smog filter for precise and high-quality laser graphic printing.
OCR (Optional) × 1: This optional feature checks the accuracy of laser printing results, rejecting any failed cards to ensure perfection.
Card Flip-Over × 1: Innovatively flips over cards as needed during the production cycle.
Laser No.2: Another Mingsen HS 50W fiber laser coupled with a smog filter, dedicated to delivering impeccable laser graphic printing.
OCR (Optional) × 1: Optional OCR system to verify the laser printing outcomes, rejecting any cards that do not meet the required standards.
Card Flip-Over × 1: Efficiently handles the flip-over process for cards in the production line.
Vertical Card Collecting Magazine: Capable of storing up to 500 ISO cards, ensuring organized and seamless card collection.
Personalization Barrel: Engineered for the robust and precise personalization of cards.
Card Laser Graphic Printing: State-of-the-art laser technology for high-definition graphic printing on cards.
Card Punching Machine Stations:
Card Transporting × 1: Ensures smooth and reliable transportation of cards from the personalization machine to the punching machine.
Vertical Card Feeding Magazine: Equipped to hold and manage up to 500 ISO cards efficiently.
Double Card Detection: Advanced system to detect and rectify the accidental feeding of double cards.
Punching Stations: Precisely punches 2FF, 3FF, and 4FF formats (either combined or separately) within ISO cards.
Card Collecting Magazine: Designed to securely gather punched single-chip cards, ensuring orderly collection.
Rejecting Box: Collects and segregates failed cards, maintaining quality control.
Throughput of Complete Auto Line: Capable of processing an impressive 4,500 ISO cards per hour, ensuring high efficiency.
