The machine seamlessly combines cavity milling and chip embedding functions. Controlled by an industrial computer and servo motor, it allows for easy monitoring of machine status, production operation, and parameter settings. UPP connection is supported for convenience.

 

Switching between production types, such as from 6 pin to 8 pin, is effortless with a quick shift between patented chip punching modules. The machine features a horizontal card unloading unit and card loading magazines, each capable of holding up to 1000 cards, reducing labor.

 

Precision is ensured with X-Y axis milling accuracy of ±0.015mm, Z axis accuracy of 0.015mm, and embedding accuracy of ±0.015mm. The chip embedding process utilizes a patented flexible hot and cold pressing technology for tight and exquisite results.

 

Equipped with a vacuum for milling dust extraction and a water chiller for cooling, the machine ensures longevity for the milling spindle, embedding, and hot presser.

1. Horizontal card Input *1 OR vertical card uploading magazine *1:
   
   
   • Horizontal card Input with a capacity of 1,000 ISO cards or Vertical card uploading magazine with a capacity of 500 ISO cards. Two magazine options available.
   
   
   • Card input unit features a vacuum system to prevent scratches on sensitive card surfaces and a blowing system to avoid duplication.
   
   
    


2. Double card detection *1: Prevents unnecessary cards from progressing.


3. Card direction detection *1: Detects targets using a color sensor.


4. Milling Station *2:
   
   
   • Independent control with 3 group servo motors for 3-axis movement driving the main axis high-speed motor for cavity milling.
   
   
   • Suitable chucks for different shaft diameters (d = 3, 4, 5 mm) with fast tool exchange and high accuracy.
