HDSZD01 Manual Sheet Collating Machine 

This machine is for Smart card sheet collation, multiple layers and different firmat can be collated as it is a manual machine. Its functions including camera positioning,  ultrasonic welding and punching. Thickness detection is optional. This machine is normally for special mateial, format sheet collation. 

All together 2 groups of cameras (4 units) are for showing cross mark on monitor for better sheeting positioning.

There are 3 set welding spots; ultrasonic make welding fast and tight. Use foot to press welding switch to control welding. 

      3 punching stations to punch 3 holes.
